TRIO GRAND - The band formed in 1998 to play in the Greenbrier Hotel's Old White Lounge has matured into one of the area's premier variety combos. Always suitable for corporate events, weddings, parties or dances, Trio Grand has an extensive repertoire that spans from 1920's Dixieland numbers to Standards to Rock and Roll to Motown/R&B to Country to Beach and Disco. The group performs for ballroom dancers and bar room dancers with equal ease.
Members
Keyboardist David Ferguson and drummer-vocalist Scott Logsdon form the core of the combo with featured artists guitarist Bert Carlson, original guitarist/vocalist Steve Lilly, sax/flute/woodwind virtuoso Tom Artwick, trumpeter Bob Redd, bassists Peter Matthews or Bob Bowen... or female vocalists Jennifer Kirkland and Deborah Liles.
With this stable of talented performers, the group can be expanded to a quartet, quintet or 6 piece "little big band".
Trio and "Quattro" Grand perform regularly at The Greenbrier Hotel and for special events in Southern West Virginia and Southwest Virginia.
